Our new little boy is here. Amanda did a great job and everyone is fine.
He was 5 lb 15 oz. and 18 inches long. He didn’t take his time coming…we got to the hospital at 9:30AM and he appeared at about 10:50…into the arms of the nurse (the midwife didn’t have time to make it.) One interesting thing–he was born in the sac, or “in caul” as midwives say, it is a sign of good luck, not especially for the child but for all those around him, as the folklore goes.

Beautiful! Stunning! Handsome! Gorgeous! Words can’t describe Henry’s cuteness and perfectness! I’m a lucky grandma for sure.
